Everything was great, appreciated our excellent stay. Overall the room was spotlessly clean with the essential amenities and pleasant atmosphere, as example. Our food was fresh and excellent.
The staff were absolutely rude, didn't expect that coming.

Planned to see Tyler major attractions and it was brilliant place for visiting all of them. Everyone we met from the staff was especially helpful and very friendly.

All of the staff was attentive and very amiable. Its location was exceptionally nice, close to everything. Moreover, it's short walk to mall, walmart and other shopping areas as well as the rose garden which is an extreme disappointment and west Tyler and restaurants and drug store.

Everything is great here, had a very comfortable stay for one night. The location is great, not far from Walmart and restaurants, the rose garden which is an extreme disappointment, and mall, walmart and other shopping areas. Also, it is 15 minutes drive from Harvey Convention Center. Would happily return, appreciated this place, thank you.
